Mesa Balancing Racing Engines uses only Dart, Merlin, Gm Performance or Brodix blocks for the assembly of the marine short blocks all blocks are fully blueprinted in house all blocks are parallel decked align honed finish honed with torque plates and lifter bores finished honed for proper clearances. All rotating assemblies are balanced  and engines are fully fit and assembled in our facility. By the same person who builds all of the racing marine championship winning engines we produce. You have many options as to compression ratio crankshaft and connecting rod manufacturer and quality.
